Bad day today...

I feel like I've been sick forever. I actually felt good enough to rejoin the world today but it only lasted a few minutes. I got out of bed and was back in it about 40 minutes later. The kidney stone passed and then I got this horrid flu. Not the piggy flu but it might as well have been. When you are left to dwell too long, your mind gets the better of you. I have been wallowing a lot lately and I'm tired of my own thoughts.
